SMOKY CHICKEN TACOS Juicy smoked chicken with Caribbean spice & fresh crunch.

Ingredients Chicken:

  • 700g boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic granules

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

    Taco Assembly:

  • 8 small tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 small red onion, diced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Fresh coriander

    Finishing/Pour-On Sauce:

  • 150g soured cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Nimi Nosh Authentic Pepper Sauce

  • Squeeze of lime

    Method

    1. Marinate Chicken: Mix oil, spices, lime, and salt. Coat chicken and chill 30 min minimum, up to 4 hrs for more intense flavour.

    2. Cook Chicken: Oven 200°C (180°C fan) 22–25 min or pan 6–7 min per side until internal temp 75°C. Rest 5 min, then slice.

    3. Make Sauce: Stir Nimi Nosh Authentic Pepper Sauce into soured cream with lime.

    4. Assemble Tacos: Warm tortillas, add chicken, cabbage, onion, avocado, coriander, and

      drizzle with finishing/pour-on sauce. Serve.

    Variations

    Prawns: 2–3 min per side, Steak strips: 4–5 min per side, Pork tenderloin: Roast 20–25 min. Firm tofu: Pan-fry until crisp, Portobello mushrooms: Roast until tender
