THE BOLD POACH Simply poached eggs with gentle Caribbean pepper warmth

10 mins Serves 2 Hot & Spicy

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (fresh)

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 2 tsp Nimi Nosh Authentic Pepper Sauce

  • Pinch of salt

  • Water for poaching

  • 4 slices toast, extra pepper sauce, cilantro (optional)

    Method

    1. Heat water with vinegar & salt to gentle simmer.

    2. Stir to create a whirlpool.

    3. Slide in eggs 2 at a time, cook 3 mins for runny yolk.

    4. Remove with slotted spoon, drain.

    5. Serve 2 eggs per toast, drizzle 1⁄2 tsp pepper sauce each, garnish with cilantro. Extra sauce on side.
