THE BOLD POACH Simply poached eggs with gentle Caribbean pepper warmth
10 mins Serves 2 Hot & Spicy
Ingredients
4 large eggs (fresh)
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp Nimi Nosh Authentic Pepper Sauce
Pinch of salt
Water for poaching
4 slices toast, extra pepper sauce, cilantro (optional)
Method
Heat water with vinegar & salt to gentle simmer.
Stir to create a whirlpool.
Slide in eggs 2 at a time, cook 3 mins for runny yolk.
Remove with slotted spoon, drain.
Serve 2 eggs per toast, drizzle 1⁄2 tsp pepper sauce each, garnish with cilantro. Extra sauce on side.
