SWEET GLAZED JERK WINGS Caribbean jerk wings with a lightly sweet glaze.

40–50 Mins (plus marinating) Serves: 4 Air- Fryer Oven Grill Rice, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, corn on the cob, or grilled veg.

Ingredients

1kg chicken wings4 tbsp Nimi Nosh Epic Jerk Quick Marinade & Sauce 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce1 tsp all-purpose seasoning1 tsp black pepper1⁄2 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)1 tbsp oil

Sweet Fire Glaze

3 tbsp honey2 tbsp Nimi Nosh jerk sauce 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp melted butter

Garnish: Cilantro or scallions, lime wedges

Method

1 Season & Marinate Pat wings dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, seasoning, pepper, jerk sauce, sweet chilli & oil. Marinate 30 mins–2 hrs.

2 Cook (Your Choice)

  • Air Fryer: 200°C for 25 mins, glaze, cook 5 more mins.

  • Oven: 220°C for 45 mins (flip halfway), glaze last 5 mins.

  • Grill: Medium heat 20–25 mins, turning regularly, glaze last 5 mins.

3 Glaze & Serve

Warm glaze ingredients together for 2–3 mins.Brush during final cook, then toss wings in remaining glaze. Garnish and serve with lime wedges.

Variations: Use 4 lamb or pork chops instead (skip baking powder). Marinate 30 mins–4 hrs.

Cook: Air Fryer: Lamb 12–15 mins | Pork 15–18 mins, Grill: Lamb 8–10 mins | Pork 10–12 mins Oven: Sear first, then Lamb 8–12 mins | Pork 12–15 mins
